You can locate your tracking number by providing your Order # and Billing zip code here In the event you chose campus delivery, you will not receive an individual tracking number. Your student will receive a notification for pick up or delivery information.

We start processing orders immediately. In most cases, a CarePackages fulfilled product ships the next business day. For orders with expedited shipping placed before noon, CarePackages fulfilled orders ship same day. For standard shipping, you should expect your order in 5-9 business days. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional cost if you need your order sooner.

For some care packages, there are  various distribution dates throughout the school year that are coordinated with your school. Please contact us further details regarding the delivery dates.

Most of our items can be delivered to a P.O. Box, however there are some products that require a physical shipping address.‍

While we start processing orders immediately we cannot deliver same day. We try to get this to you as soon as possible. With that being said, we do offer services from our carriers that offer next day service if the order is placed before noon on a business day.

Absolutely, you may return any item you are dissatisfied with to OCM for an exchange or refund. Simply print and complete the Return Form at the bottom of this page and send it along with your package.

All said & done, please allow us 5-9 days to process. Except in the case of a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a shipping carrier that supplies tracking information. Our goal is to have you satisfied. Shipping or service issues please call 1-866-847-7365.

In the case of a defective item upon arrival, please contact us for a prepaid return label.

Once your item is received at the OCM Returns department a credit for that item(s) will be applied to the original pay method on your order and should be applied to your account in 3-5 business days.

In most cases, you will be refunded in the same manner that your order was paid for. For credit card and PayPal refunds, please allow for 72 hours for the refund to process. In some cases, your financial institution may take longer to post it to your account. For check refunds, please allow for 72 Hours for us to process the and cut the check on our end. Check refunds will be processed and mailed via USPS, so please take into account the mailing time to receive your check refund.
