We are part of "On Campus Marketing, LLC" which includes OCM.com and CarePackages.com. OCM is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of contact information you share with us (the phrase "contact information" means any information by which you can be contacted, such as your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, etc.). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what information we may collect from you, how we use such information, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to review, correct and opt out of our use of, the information. By using any of our websites or sharing your contact information with us, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

As a part of our commitment to your privacy, OCM supports and adheres to the guidelines and practices adopted by the Direct Marketing Association's "Privacy Promise to American Consumers." We have agreed to (1) provide customers with notice of their ability to opt out of information rental, sale, or exchange with other marketers; (2) honor customers' requests not to share their contact information with other marketers; and (3) honor customers' requests not to receive mail, telephone, or other solicitations from OCM.

Collecting Information About You

There may be times (such as when you purchase or order a product, subscribe to a service, register to receive catalogs, or to participate in contests, sweepstakes or promotions, etc.) when we ask you to provide certain contact information about yourself, such as your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, birth date, gender, occupation, personal interests, and other information. We may also maintain a record of your product purchases. Your information is retained by OCM until such information is no longer required under OCM’s legal or business requirements. If you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to purchase products, or access certain services, offers and content on our websites. In addition, we may need to contact you via phone, email or mail to address questions or issues specific to your order, entry, etc., even if you have opted to not receive marketing communications from us.

We may track the Internet domain address from which people visit us and analyze this data for preferences, trends, and site usage statistics.

Not only do we collect information you provide to us, we, through the assistance of trusted third party partners, may identify you by your email address while you are on the website, by using cookies and pixels on the website, even if you did not enter your email address. These partners may combine your email information with other information such as mailing address they have access to so that we may communicate relevant marketing offers to you via email and/or direct mail. International Users

If you are visiting OCM websites from a location outside of the United States, your connection will be through and to servers located in the United States, any orders placed through OCM, Campus Linens, CarePackages.com, DiplomaDisplay, Campus Backup, Carepackages.org and Residence Hall Carpets will be fully processed in and shipped from the United States and all information you provide will be processed and securely maintained in our web servers and internal systems located within the United States. By using OCM websites you consent to the export of your personal information to the USA and its storage and use as specified above when you provide such information to us. This policy and our legal obligations are subject to the laws of the State of New Jersey and the USA, regardless of the location of any user. Any claims or complaints must be filed in the USA in the State of New Jersey. Your rights to withdraw your consent and have your information removed from our records are set forth in the Opting Out of Marketing and Transfers section below.

Using Information About You

We use your contact information for the following purposes, such as:

• providing you with other information from and about OCM and its affiliated entities, service providers and third party Select partners

Opting Out of Marketing and Transfers; Updating and Deleting Information About You

We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive direct marketing from us or from our Select Partners, if you would like to opt out of our rental or exchange of your information with other marketers, or if you would like to withdraw your consent to the processing of your information and have your information removed from our records, please let us know. If you like, you may use the following statement in your message to us: "I prefer not to receive email advertisements, such as updates regarding products and services, special promotions or upcoming events." You may also click the designated link at the bottom of all email advertisements to be removed from future email updates.

Please note that any requests to remove or update your contact information may take up to ten days for your email request and 6-8 weeks to process your postal mail request.

Cookies and Pixels

"Cookies and Pixels" are small amounts of data that are stored on your computer. They find their way to your browser via a Web server. They sound friendly and helpful because they are. They flag information about your activity on our Web site. This information helps us improve our site and makes it friendlier and easier to use. Information obtained from the use of Cookies is retained by our Service Provider for one year from the date of your activity on our Web site. We do not sell products for purchase by children and all children's products we sell are for purchase by adults only, or with adult permission. Our site will not knowingly accept personal information from anyone under 13 years old in violation of applicable laws. Transfer of Business Assets
